I would sure like to know the answer to that as well...when I purchased my 1984 700s (Blue)...it had the same issue on the front tire....I thought it was tire defect, but suspected fork alignment....I am no mechanic so would like to hear from someone who knows. ...and please dont tell us its from turning left more frequently... lol
