I used to live in an area with wind gusts of 50mph+. A friend of mine had
gotten 4 of these fabric shelters. They withstandood the wind gusts for about 3
years. The good thing was, that they offered replacement fabric for
them.(another $250 for each one) I myself would find a shelter that would last
longer than 3 years. Maybe more money but it will last longer. Good luck

Hello all.  I do not have a garage or shed to store my bike between rides. I
live near the ocean and it is quite damp and almost always windy. I have been
considering buying one of those outdoor shelters made of waterproof material
stretched over a folding frame. They seem to cost about $300. Does anyone have
any experience with these?  Especially in a windy environment. I ride an '83
NH750 so I assume the "standard" size is what I need. Thanks.  Dennis in
