Do a search on eBay for "Honda Turn Signal" - returns over 2,000 results. You will find dozens of small, 12v turn signals that will work for your bike. Don't get spun up about the description including cb700 - if you see a set or pair that you like just send the seller a questions - will these work on my YYYY CB700SC?
If they'll work on a 12v Honda similar in year to yours then you should be good to go. I paid around $10 for my rear signals and haven't had any problems for over a year.
