What about Val's, Jeff?  I saw two, with straight pipe/headers yesterday; had
K&N filters also, and some kind of computer/ignition mod.  He said it gave them
better mileage and bumped the HP from 105 to about 150.  I can imagine the
headache doing a re-sync on six carbs!

Of all the bikes I have every seen with new aftermarket exhaust, ALL of them
had to have the carbs re-sinked. They were all sport bikes that went from the
stock to vans and hines and the like.
