A fairly nice example of one of those. I always liked them, quite a nice bike. Driveshaft, two speed sub-transmission. It's a bit overpriced. The guy is wrong about "based on..." It's a twin cam, four valve motor and no relative to the original single cam, two valve one. The line of those starts in '79 and only goes to '83. 750(K&C), 900c, CBX (six clinder, 1100cc) and the short lived CB1100s (four cylinder with bikini fairing) No hydraulic valve adjusters, these use shims.

Features include: 900cc in-line four cylinder engine Air suspension front and rear 2-speed secondary which makes it like 10 speeds (5x2) Hydraulic dual front disc and single disc brakes The engine was rebuilt last year due to a failed cam-chain tensioner with over $1200 worth of work done. Since then all the fluids have been changed, fork seals replaced, new battery and everything gone through thoroughly.The bike runs super - starts right up smooth and very strong. I have also painted the engine black to make it like the 1982 model year since I think it really looks so much better. The windshield shown is included The tires are OK but if you want I have a brand new set for $100 more. There also is an extra rear wheel for no charge. There's some rust, but nothing bad for being 29 years old. One small hole in the exhaust has been patched but otherwise good. 30,350 miles - Clean title and Oregon registration good through 09/2010.
