I personally like to take my time...especially at the toll bridges south of Omaha...do the whole stand up, take the glove off, dig into one pocket, realize the money is in the other one...then give the I'm sorry wave to the guy behind you, take off the other glove after trying to reach into your right pocket with your left hand...finally give the guy your money, then get your gloves back on...then remember you want to ask for a receipt...
Actually I wear a reflective vest that has a large zippered pocket that you can open and reach into with gloves on...if you know how many tolls you're gonna hit, i just fold up dollar bills, then get change back...its easier to dump change in the pocket than to dig it out...
