Hey All I bought my cb650sc (Here in europe it goes under the name CBX650E or RC13) in Germany a few years ago. In Germany there is a limit on the HP regards to the insurance steps or something like that. long story short my bike is only 50 HP (34kW). I have heard rumors about the limitation being in the camshafts and/or the carbs. Anyone know how Honda reduced the power on these bikes?
