I have never been in Brazil, but I guess they have similar problems. Caracas is a very small valley with way too many people around. I laugh when people here says that traffic in DC is bad. I remember being in traffic literally for 3 hours with moving one inch back there. I used to do lane splitting with my old VW bug, so imagine what a guy in two wheels does. Well, you have seen the pictures.
