Hi Joey,

I was looking at that very same tip today. The product in question is not
really a "bike cleaner", it is just this kind of foam silicon that people
use on the tires to make them look shiny (like if there were wet), and in
other part like dashboard or so. I think to use a good degrease is the right
way to go, but the STP by make all part to look shiny and clean. Please be
extremely careful in using this products on the bike tires (I do not
recommend it at all).
