I just checked http://www.motionpro.com/ where I got the new cable for my 650 from. They only had the throttle and speedo cables as well. Perhaps you could contact them, or possibly a bicycle or motorcycle repair shop. I know when I changed all the cables on my 10speed they just pull the cable off a spool and cut it to length then crimped the barrels onto the end of the cables. The choke cable on your bike might be a heavier type, but I'm sure someone can make one.
