Greenzero, I'd like to put a face to a name too. Javier, I won't be able to help you till next weekend. So, if you just swap out the springs it looks like the only tricky part is re-filling the forks. As for the seal replacement I defer to the greater wisdom. I'm a perfectionist when it comes to thing like this. I plan on replacing my seals and dry rotted dust seals simply because the are cheap and the labor is free. Spend a little money now to prevent replacing the fork tubes later. If you want I'll buy them from you. I'd rather not have you feel that I gave you bad advice, that cost you money.
