BUT - The guy claims it needs a Stator (runs, but drains battery quickly)
ALSO - Needs electric clutch switch? (doesn't disengage when clutch is pulled in)
I don't know about this guy's troubleshooting skills. Isn't a Stator a pretty serious part for a bike with 14k miles?
It's a hydraulic clutch. I thought the switch was to allow you start the engine in gear.
I'd love to upgrade from my 83' 550. Mine doesn't look anything like an original.
This sounds suspicious to me. Hope to look at it on monday.
