Update: It's turning over, man it wants to start I can hear it. The turn over cranking is not laboured or slow, it's fast and always sounds like it's just about to start. Time to clean the carb, I'd guess? Oh, and will it start with one exhaust pipe off? I have the other pipe, it's just disassembled from the engine itself. Does the pipe help with compression at all?
