[Nighthawk Lovers] What's some Helmet Hygeine advice for sweating in a Full-Face?

I always wear a bandanna, but I've been swealting in the current heat.

Could I just use a soapy solution: clean the pads.

I don't think the syrofoam will absorbe much moisture

I've never sweat so much before.  L.A was a "Dry Heat"!
