Dosent take money to clean a carb yourself... Just time.... You should replace 
rubber parts, but its not realy required

It looks better than many/most, but has scratches in the gas tank. -
As for running condition...we are all having this discussion about the
Seafoam, because the HUGE bill at the Honda dealer, still didn't make
it run well. I find it hard to believe this bike got this gummed up
after it left the Honda dealer. I suspect the dealer never had this
bike running properly in the first place, and/or didn't have the carbs
thoroughly cleaned out in all the passages.

It's also VERY apparent, that the seller was less than truthfull about
the condition of the bike! In any event, it is still a nice bike, and
(in time) I'll do what it takes to make it as close to a new one as
possible. The bike stuff is on a financial hold right now, as the fire
situation has taken all of my money.
