I have the same LED flashers and like them. I put an old one in one side and the LED in the other and had a friend ride by. I don;t know if they're brighter than stock but they stand out more.
I also put the same ones in the back and they are much brighter than stock - they do now cycle when braking but make up for it with brightness.
