Love bugs are a local florida thing.... One of the universites developed a 
breed of light.i.g bug that was suposed to mate with mesquetios and slowly make 
them no more... Insted they mated with lightning bugs and killed them all.... 
So in florida espacaly central florida there are lots of these "love bugs" and 
no lightning bugs... And there guts are acidic enough to eat the paint on your 
car if you dont wash them off quickly... At some points there thick enough you 
get splatted with enough of them you wont be able to see through your visor...
