My mesh jacket works pretty well in summer. I can ride into the mid to upper
90s with 100% humidity as long as I'm moving. Get caught in traffic and it's
hell on earth tho. The worst month for me is August, it's like your february
I suppose. Whereas Feb for me is nice and pleasant :)
