Whell, i tried my washer/gasket/bolt/nylock/o-ring fix, and i eyeballed my sizes wrong.... Leaked almost as bad as before, but i dident have any more jb weld around so i had to pack the void with paper towels and wait till tomorrow when i can get back to the hardwear store.... Next step is a rubber cork with a hole in it for the bolt.... Il take pics if it works.... Wish me luck...
The reason im not going with the fill with epoxy is because i only have my bike to drive, and cant afford any down time.... But if i can get some down time on it il probably try it.... -----Original Message----- Date: Tuesday, October 05, 2010 11:12:16 pm To: "Nightwawk Lovers" <[email protected]> From: "Allen Thomas" <[email protected]> Subject: Re: [Nighthawk Lovers] Sight glass Good idea. I was thinking more of the plastic pellets used in injection molding. -Kyle On Tue, Oct 5, 2010 at 7:01 PM, Allen Thomas <[email protected]> wrote: > Maybe try a hot melt glue stick? > > Sent via BlackBerry by AT&T > ------------------------------ > *From: * Kyle Munz <[email protected]> > *Sender: * [email protected] > *Date: *Tue, 5 Oct 2010 16:55:22 -0500 > *To: *<[email protected]> > *ReplyTo: * [email protected] > *Subject: *Re: [Nighthawk Lovers] Sight glass > > The penny was just a floor.
