Hello Group, I purchased my 1999 Nighthawk 750 in April this year with 22,000 miles on it, I'm the third owner and it came with all service paperwork!. Already put another 3,000 on it learning to ride and some since I took my class last month.
I have an oil leak I'd like to enquire about as I don't know what I will need to tear into it, and don't want to start unless I have most/ all of the stuff I'll need to do the work. [Photo of leak] http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v317/skbanners/07b4c786.jpg [Photo of original leak] http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v317/skbanners/42826c74.jpg I hope you can see the leak in that picture... Originally it was the front one only leaking very little (wiped it away maybe once a month). I check the oil at least every other day to ensure I'm not falling below the recommended amount.. and I haven't. Can someone offer some advice to fix this leak? --------------- Some random photos of the bike, since I know people will want to see them :) [Nelson Rigg Saddle bags] http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v317/skbanners/5fc9512a.jpg [Bike in garage] http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v317/skbanners/3866c2df.jpg [Nighthawk & CX500] http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v317/skbanners/f8d7fa51.jpg [Craigslist photo] http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v317/skbanners/29597_1391763147952_1048333820_3115.jpg [Bike] http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v317/skbanners/f0cfc839.jpg -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Nighthawk Motorcycle Lovers!" group.
