I really wish mine was blue. That bike also looks better than the $11000 NT700V.

Subject: [Nighthawk Lovers] new

Hi After joining some time ago and sitting back and enjoying the
interchanges for a while thought it was time to get involved. Having bought
first new bike in 1962 in Hokaido, Japan and riding it all over that country
for two years have been riding ever since. Have owned many bikes over the
years including one of the first CB750's to hit the state of Illinois in
1969.I am now down to two. A 2009 KLR Kawasaki and a 93 Nighthawk 750. For
many years I have wanted a lightweight Sport Touring motorcycle. After
putting many thousands of miles on a fantastic 06 Yamaha,FJR1300 and
anxiously awaiting the New Honda NT700V as the lightweight I was looking
for. When that bike finally arrived on the market the $11,000.00 price tag
made me decide it was time to create my own lightweight Sport Touring bike.
Pictures attached A 93 Nighthawk 750 with all one needs. At 68 years old I
was tired of wrestling the 650 lb, narrow barred, hotter than hell FJR. The
Nighthawk is perfect for 300 mile days. After 300 miles m butt does not
hurt as bad, same for the back and wrists as they all did after 300 miles on
the FJR not to mention the heat.

Some people say this is a beginners bike. I say that is garbage, It is
probably the most perfect all around motorcycle ever built.

Thanks
