I don't think I like the look of these lights (they do look like Eve ;-)), and have to think they do create some reverse glare at night. I opted for reflective decals on my helmet to increase visibility at night. Mine are black in color which almost disappear on my black helmet during the day, but they really jump out when hit with headlights at night. They also apply to all sides of the helmet, including the front of my full-face helmet. Here is where I got them from: http://www.reflectivedecals.com/, and they have several styles and colors.
