No. Seafoam is basically naptha, the key ingredient in lighter fluid, which dissolves the varnish caused by deteriorating gasoline, and is benign when it comes to rubber parts.
You're thinking of carb cleaner which is composed of xylene and toluamine, both of which can be destructive to rubber. Seafoam is safe to use for your purpose.
