NZ is on the Pacific rim - the earthquake zone. I grew up with
earthquakes as such a common occurrence that the first thing my
mother did every morning was straight up the pictures on the walls.

I'm not terribly afraid of hurricanes or tornadoes, but earthquakes
scare to poo out of me. When the very earth turns against you, what
do you do then??
