Hello all! So winter is slowly coming to an end here in Minnesota, and that has me thinking motorcycles. I was hoping to replace the cam chain tensioner on my 83 650 Nighthawk, but much to my surprise Honda seems to have discontinued the part. Obviously e-bay is an option, but I wonder if it is worth replacing 28 year old cam chain tensioner with another 28 year old cam chain tensioner? Anybody got a line on a new one? Anyone had any luck on fixing the existing part?
