It was running around 1500rpms and yes the battery was low already. I was worried it was a big issue. Thanks again for the info. I will Fully charge the battery.

Were you idling it to warm it up under 2000 rpms or were you riding it and/or keeping rpms above 2500 rpms? It's not charging enough to maintain battery under about 2000 rpms. If your battery was already low, it wouldn't take much to deplete it. Charge the battery, check that it's holding a charge or 12.6 or above and try again.
