Okay, assuming that "push" and "pull" refer to the action of opening the throttle plates, the A cable, with the longer sleeve and two nuts on the end so it may be adjusted, is the "pull" cable. The B cable, with a shorter sleeve and a single nut on the carb end, is the "push" cable.
