Custom case, crank, camshaft at minimum. Pretty cool to have that kind of 
resources.

           Personally - I'm very interested in these:

          A W 3 style engine - started as a HD V twin with a custom case -
improved somewhat over that.
          Never ridden one - never seen one in person - but the idea is just
awesome.
