Hello All,
Just found a template on Google Documents for tracking
maintenance of vehicles:

Some of the entries (alignment, etc) don't work for bikes,
but, this is an easy, electronic, way of maintaining your maintenance
records. A far cry from my greasy unreadable notebook!
There are also mileage trackers and fuel mileage
calculators as well on there.
