Thanks to everyone that chipped in with comments and ideas when I asked about what motorcycle clothes folks liked and recommended. I went to Cycle Gear in Eugene, Oregon today and spend $422 and got some nice stuff to take back to New Zealand. I got a Sedici Air Control System coat and a pair of matching pants and gloves. They both got liners, air venting and armoring. They fit well and they look good and I am so looking forward to trying them out once I'm back down south. My trip around the US west coast is going well. I've been to SoCal to see my older son, to SF to see a friend there and now to Eugene, Oregon to visit friends here. I waited to buy a lot of stuff here to avoid the California sales tax. Sunday, it is off to Seattle to see my younger son and a pile of friends there. And, on the 26th, my wife and I will sign the final divorce papers and a new chapter will begin. But, after reconnecting with all my friends, I'm feeling a lot better about all of that. Anyway, thanks for the comments and advice it was all much appreciated and I managed to get it all done - with out having to use to using Seafoam even once <smile>.
