my inverter (my newest one that is) is about 85% efficant... but loss is still there. and i have my DC aux set up on the key switch, so it turns off when i leave, and dont have to press the button on the inverter.
(i own 2 750w, 1 1500w, ?450w, and at least 1 100w... living on a sailboat off the grid i use them ALOT...)
