I'd agree with checking the idle knob first, as it's really simple. Once the bike is warmed up it should run with no choke just a tick or two below 1K on the tach. If that's not it, and you continue to have to run choke to run the bike then it's starving for fuel. I know you just had it professionally cleaned, but if they missed a pinched fuel line they may have missed something else as well. I'd take it back to them and give them a second chance to fix it before taking it somewhere else.
