I wrote my first post a few months back about my 95 750 cutting out at 115
mph and now I have some more specific questions. Since my first post I have
changed the oil, drained breather tube a few times, put on new front brake
pads, bled and re-filled disc brake fluid, constantly cleaning and lubing
the chain, etc. I have a clymer manual and am trying to learn how to do all
the maint. that I can without any of the specialty tools I dont have. Here
are some questions for now:

1) my rear brake pedal sometimes (in streaks) will stick but only slightly.
I have to clip it with a whack with my right foot to undo it. I have since
adjusted the play in the pedal to have way less and it seems to be doing
better. Should I be worried about the status of the drum. Arrows indicate
I am good to go for a while I think.

2) I am wondering if I should be concerned with a noise coming from what I
think is my 4th piston/chamber area. It kinda comes in and out and sounds
like a light fluttering or rap-pap-pap-pap that is very subtle. I am not
sure if I am convincing myself that it has got worse but I feel like it
kinda has. Should I even care?

3) wondering how worth it it would be to have a parts-bike. I am in SF and
this popped-up: http://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/mcy/2370170803.html Any
thoughts on this bike? The major issues are labor needed to fix it
all...mainly the forks. Anyone have an extra set?

Thats all for now and I promise to send pictures too!

Andrew
