i am anchored in floridas ICW near places with with wifi, but without a high gain anteana (or cantena) my conection is slow and intermitant at best.. The problem with most high gain anteanas is that they are very directional. As the tide shifts i would have to constantly adjust (full 180 every 6 hours). The omi-directional anteanas are much more expencive as are cell conections...
