Allen - Have a gander at the pictures - essentially the bucket is mounted by
three bolts - the sealed beam light stays in the bucket by the snap ring
which as near as I can tell simply holds it in by stretching over the light
and bucket.
The bike is technically operational - the headlight, ironically,
seems to be more secure in the bucket now with the gorilla tape than it was
before when the ring was holding it in.
Current theory is to hit a bike salvage yard and see if I can get a
more traditional screw clamp ring that will fit.
