replaced the foot pegs with Buel XB pegs that have a 1 inch drop
and a slight set back (fantastic mod BTW solved my knee issues on
my VFR). And over the weekend he installed a bikemaster superbike
bar. This combination in both of our opinions changes the
ergonomics so that your spine is held in perfect alignment. If any
of you get lower back pain after riding you might want to give
these mods a try. He did put a spot weld of about 1/4 inch on the
steering stops to prevent tank damage from a fall though the just
barely touch the tank. Riding the bike it seems more responsive and
you seem to catch less wind as well. They look great too.
