If your referring to the little rubber tube thingy that goes over the
stalk and into the aluminum bar... ( I have an 83 450 that's like
this) I misplaced one while I had it apart at work. I used a piece of
the rubber coating from an extension cord of all things. There
happened to be a piece on the work bench, looked about right so I
tried it. :o) works till i get around to taking it apart again.
Pics of my new home built rack to come soon.

anyone have suggestions for where to get a replacement? a local
motorcycle shop ordered an after market turn signal kit but the
rubber stabilizer is not included.

Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me, I want people
to know "why" I look this way. I've traveled a long way and some of
the roads weren't paved.
