I'm always amazed at how hesitant courts are to take away someone's
driver's license. He's not allowed to use a cell phone while driving
anymore, as if that's a harsh punishment. There's a blog I read that
lists crashes that were referred to in the media as "accidents", when
in reality just negligent and totally avoidable.
