See, I've only ever left the key in the bike once, and that was because I was thinking of nine bajillion things at the same time, trying to hurry so I could get a final report in, and wanted out of the rain.
A friend of mine spotted the bike, with key in the ignition, and turned it off before tucking my key up in the seat latch lock cylinder, where nobody could see it. He also texted me "key in lock" so I'd know where it was. He's awesome. :p It's just such a routine for me, though: Petcock off, engine kill switch off, turn key and remove. Clip key on key-ring, put back on belt loop. All one continuous set of motions. -Kurt On Fri, Aug 19, 2011 at 5:10 PM, Graham Rogers <[email protected]> wrote: > you accidently leave the key on because the engine is off, Graham > > > -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Nighthawk Motorcycle Lovers!" group.
