Basically the tail piece. The 250 has the sides and tail cowling all one piece, it seems, and finding a good one that isn't cracked, scratched all to sin and back, or broken in a reasonable price is hard to do. A bit like finding the side panels for the 80s bikes and the 90s 750s.
