The proper name for them is fairings. That particular type is unusual and I've seen them before, recognizing them by the large, what looks to be washers, holding the pieces together.
Don't know where you would find them (or why you would want to -- they look pretty primitive to me, compared to the lines of the bike -- which is probly why they're rare). But someone obviously produces them, or has in the past.
