I've seen that one and one other before, so they're not one-offs. Someone must have produced them in some quantity. I'm not much impressed because they seem to be two or three pieces joined together with large, ugly bolts and washers that don't mesh with the overall clean, sleek lines of the bike. But that's just me. Your mileage may vary.
