Let's play "Good News, Bad News." The good news:
Lamp is good. Headlight switch is good. STARTER SWITCH is good. Supply to these switches is good. Wiring between switches and lamp is good. BAD NEWS: The problem that took out my light is an intermittent no-conductance issue where the wire bundle dives into the right hand control housing. If I wiggle the wires, I have light... until they get bumped again. I'll take it home after class, and open it up tonight to see what there is down there to fix.
