Any help on a place to send a tach (1997NH) to be repaired. Also I am probably looking in all the wrong places but I would like to install guards on each end of the handlebars like some of the duel sport bikes have. I am wanting to reduce the "wind chill" factor on my hands. Plan on trying to put "heater grips" also but thought the guards might help.
