carbs are plentiful on eBay and I've never bought a set yet where the
diaphragms weren't in good shape, Graham

Might try querying Keihin U.S. to see if they know of an aftermarket
source. Ditto Service Honda. Or try your luck on ebay.
If all else fails, I've heard that repairs can be made using spray
Plasti-Dip, the rubber stuff that some folks use to coat the handles
of their tools.
Dunno how effective, but as a last resort, it's cheap enuf and
available at NAPA auto parts.
