Leave them together, on their rack of four, unless you want to
dissassemble/reassemble/keep track of a gazillion screws, o-rings,
springs and other unidentifiable pieces that don't need to come
apart. The business end of each carb is accessible while still on the
rack.

You may or may not need any replaceable parts -- gaskets, o-rings,
brass parts -- unless they were bunged up from a previous owner, or
you bung them up yourself. They just need to be scrupulously clean
before reassembly. You won't really know of anything needing
replacement till you get in there and look.

Some tips: Don't force anything, especially screws and brass
fittings. They're fragile. Use new screwdrivers and make sure the
size fits the fitting perfectly. A penetrating fluid like PB Blaster
is invaluable. Some of the stuff you'll be taking apart will seem
like its welded in place.

Be especially mindful of the "towers" that hold the float pins in
place. Very fragile and cast into the carb body. Break one and
you'll have to buy a new carburetor.

Each carb has a drain screw in the bottom. Drain those and you should
have very little spill.

Lastly, have small dollar-store tupperware containers handy, label
them 1 thru 4, keep the tiny pieces from the corresponding carbs in
each, and...keep your wits and your patience about you.

Other than all that -- piece a' cake. (!)
