I wonder if the PO left the stock connectors, but tucked them inside the headlight bucket? If they did, you just need to figure out which is left and right, which should be easy enough. If you are going the LED route, you'll have to change out the flasher like Allen said (has to do w/ current draw -- or lack thereof w/ LED vs traditional).
