Best to search (Google) and search some more, for salvage dealers,
building a list of potential sources, that you can then visit from
time to time to check for availability of the parts you need.

Their inventories change as bikes are scrapped and the scrapped pieces
sold off.

Takes awhile and some patience.  I call it electronic dumpster-diving.

Ebay is a good source.  Craigslist is another.  One such ebayer is
this outfit, which now has its own site:

I've bought several pieces from them with good results.
