Have a close friend whom is a GW Rider (on his 3rd). Showed him the pic and here's his feedback...
"I saw one like that at Huntington Honda several years ago. It was actually outriggers for a handicapped rider so the Wing would not tip over when stopped. They automatically deployed when stopped.
