Thanks! Started collecting them about 13 years ago, but didn't really start buying most of them till about 6 years ago. I bought many while I was traveling a lot for work,a nd would sit in airports and look at Ebay and Craigs List....It's too bad I paid a TON of money for many of them (especially with shipping), as the prices were about double back when I bought 1/2 my collection.
I do still want to sell the bikes that are over 10K miles, which is about 1/2 of them... For right now (with-in the next few weeks), I want to sell the only non-700-S bike I have, which is a 95 Nighthawk 750..... This bike has 9K original (owner) miles, and is completely stcok, and MINT! The bike has been dealer maintained every year since new (oil changes, carbs tune, tune-up, new battery, new tire, etc...); this guy was a fanatic! I had the bike appraised at a local bike shop this past fall, and they told me they would put in their showroom for (on consignment) for $3700.00, and they had sold one similar to it last summer for that much. If anyone is interested, I'll take the first $3200.00 I get offered. This bike needs nothing, and can be ridden anywhere right now (including a bike show). It's never been down, or even scratched! ps. You can see the bike (red) in one of the pics on this page) On Mar 6, 3:56 am, LBOCEAN <[email protected]> wrote: > Three words...
